Brand Strategy Workshops

Creating an overarching strategy for a brand can help to ensure your message engages with your audience in the right way, and that your brand is communicated consistently.

Depending on the scale and complexity of your project we may recommend holding a brand workshop. A workshop can be a great way to get buy-in from key stakeholders and to examine your proposition. We would explore:

  • The vision for the company.
  • Assess how ‘Your Business’ is perceived by current clients and industry.
  • Establish the core values for your brand.
  • Benchmark you against competitors and peers in order to identify areas where your brand is, or can be, more distinctive and differentiating.

If you don’t already have a brand, we will work with you through engagement and discussion, to understand your vision and tailor our process to suit you. It’s not a one size fits all and we can work with you to determine the best approach whatever your size, budget or business need. This can all be managed online or in-person, depending on the current Covid restrictions.

Brand Narrative

Establishing your brand narrative usually forms part of a brand workshop, in which we would work with you on your core proposition, in order to understand what your brand stands for, and this will be the basis for deciding how we move forward creatively. There are seven fundamental questions for helping to develop your brand narrative.

  • Why are we here?
  • What do we do and how do we do it?
  • What makes us different?
  • Who are we here for?
  • What do we value the most?
  • What’s our personality?
  • What’s our ambition?

Although they may seem simple, we find key discussions about a brand’s direction arise from these questions and the insights can help to achieve key stakeholder buy-in and consensus.
